Import your existing leads from Excel

Bring your history along. TraWe accepts CSV or XLSX with a flexible column mapping — you do not need to reshape your sheet.

Preparing the file

Include at minimum: name, phone, destination, source, stage. Extra columns are stored as custom attributes.

Running the import

Leads → Import. Upload the file, confirm the column mapping preview, and TraWe queues the rows. Duplicate detection uses phone + destination.
