Design a Kerala honeymoon in 15 minutes
Building a customisable 5N/6D honeymoon itinerary from a template, adding hotel line items and generating a branded quotation.
This walkthrough uses TraWe's template library, the hotel rate book, and the quotation builder to go from an empty screen to a share-ready quote in under fifteen minutes.
Step 1 — Start from a template
Under Itineraries → New, pick the 5N/6D Kerala Honeymoon template. It ships with Cochin → Munnar → Thekkady → Alleppey → Cochin as a baseline.
Step 2 — Swap in the couple's dates
Set travel dates. TraWe recomputes weekday/weekend pricing on hotels automatically from the seasonal rate cards.
Step 3 — Choose hotels
For each day, pick a hotel from the master with the right meal plan (MAP works well for honeymoons — breakfast + candlelight dinner).
Step 4 — Add signature touches
Add a private houseboat upgrade on Alleppey day, a couples spa in Munnar, and airport transfers with a decorated pickup.
Step 5 — Generate the quote
Convert the itinerary to a quotation. TraWe applies your markup, computes GST (5% on tour operator service), and outputs a branded PDF ready to share on WhatsApp.
